For a gift-shopping walk in Ogunquit, separate the Main Street and Beach Street shops from Perkins Cove. Ogunquit Trading Post is another stop altogether: despite its name, its address is in Wells.

- Spoiled Rotten sells Ogunquit keepsakes, food gifts, candles, kitchen items and other home gifts. Use its own shop information for current hours.
- Village Toy Funatic sells toys, games and books on Main Street. It was previously called Animal Instinct. The older name did not mean it was a pet-supply store; that description in the earlier article was wrong.
- On the Main offers gifts and decorative pieces from local, regional and international makers. Its current online selection includes jewelry, bowls, wall art and sculpture; check availability with the store.
- Harbor Candy Shop makes chocolates and sells confections. If you are buying for someone with a dietary requirement, check the particular product and ask the shop about ingredients.
- Abacus Gallery carries art, jewelry and home pieces. The company has several Maine locations, including Ogunquit, so check that you are looking at the intended store.
Perkins Cove
Perkins Cove Pottery Shop carries locally made Chris Davis pottery as well as a broader selection of gifts and home goods. Not every item in the shop is made locally. If the maker or place of origin matters to you, read the product information or ask before buying.
Nearby in Wells
The Wells Chamber’s Ogunquit Trading Post listing places the store at 97 Post Road, Route 1, in Wells. Its range includes Maine-themed gifts, clothing, moccasins and nautical items. Allow for the separate journey rather than treating it as another downtown Ogunquit storefront.
