Ken Fletcher resides on the Garland Road with his wife Mary Ellen.  Fletcher is a 25 year employee of Scott Paper Company’s Winslow plant and served in the Maine State House of Representatives from 2002-2010.

Ray served as a member of the Winslow Park and Recreation Board for over 20 years.  Ray has been an employee of Sappi Fine Papers (Scott Paper) for the past 31 years.  Ray and his wife Holly have raised two daughters Heather and Katelyn.  Ray, Holly, and Katelyn live on Court Street in Winslow.

He and his wife Ruth Ellen have lived on Clinton Avenue for the past 25 years enjoying walking, hiking, kayaking and long time patrons of the Winslow Public Library. Gerald and Ruth have two grown daughters and two joyous grand-daughters. Has served on the Council since 2001.

Has lived in this community with his wife Ann for 44 years. As a charter member of the Town Council since 1968, “I  feel if a person lives in a great community he should give of himself to help make the community a better place to live and raise a family”. He also enjoys  time spent in his woodworking and mechanical/electrical hobby shop.

The Town of Winslow operates under a council-manager form of government. Residents elect the Town Council, which sets policy and adopts the annual budget and town ordinances, while the Council appoints a Town Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. Council seats represent both districts and at-large positions across the community.

Town Council meetings are held in the Town Council Chambers at 114 Benton Avenue and are open to the public.
