Household Hazardous Waste
Paint, motor oil, pesticides, cleaning chemicals, and batteries should never go in with your household trash or down a storm drain, where they can harm sanitation crews and the Kennebec River watershed. Set these materials aside and contact the Public Works Department for current guidance on hazardous- and universal-waste disposal options in the Winslow–Waterville area.
