Gerald Saint Amand JR. Born, raised and educated in Winslow, son of the late Gerald and Doris Saint Amand Graduated from Winslow High School, class of '61, and Thomas College Class of '67. Employed by Ware-Butler Inc. as credit Manager since 1975. Former President/Race Director of the Central Maine Striders, running over 500 races including 8 marathons. He and his wife Ruth Ellen have lived on Clinton Avenue for the past 25 years enjoying walking, hiking, kayaking and long time patrons of the Winslow Public Library. Gerald and Ruth have two grown daughters and two joyous grand-daughters. Has served on the Council since 2001.

 

District: 3    Roland Michaud  Telephone No. Home 873-4185

  Roland L. Michaud has lived in this community with his wife Ann for 44 years. Serving since 1962(Budget Committee) and later as a charter member of the Town Council since 1968, "I  feel if a person lives in a great community he should give of himself to help make the community a better place to live and raise a family". He also enjoys  time spent in his woodworking and mechanical/electrical hobby shop.

Paul B. Manson has lived in Winslow for the past 25 years. Serving on the Town Council for the past 8 years.  Married to Delia and has one son. His hobbies include traveling, reading, community service and his 1965 Triumph Spitfire.

   

District: 1  Catherine Nadeau   Telephone No. Home: 873-2025

  Catherine M. Nadeau married to Robert and has two children; James and Victoria. Wants to become more involved in local government by representing the citizens of Winslow.

 

District: 4  Raymond Caron   Telephone No. Home 877-9620

Raymond R. Caron has lived in Winslow for the past 42 years.  Ray graduated from Winslow High School, class of 1974, and the University of Maine at Farmington, class of 1978 with a degree in Biology.  Ray has served on numerous organizations including, Winslow Recreation Soccer Coordinator, Winslow Travel Soccer coach and board of directors, Winslow Historical Society, Winslow Fire/Rescue Department, Winslow 4th of July Celebration, Winslow Junior High Soccer coach, Winslow Kennebec Savings Bank Soccer Field Committee.  Ray served as a member of the Winslow Park and Recreation Board for over 20 years.  Ray has been an employee of Sappi Fine Papers (Scott Paper) for the past 31 years.  Ray and his wife Holly have raised two daughters Heather and Katelyn.  Ray, Holly, and Katelyn live on Court Street in Winslow.
